General official Walt Disney World guidance

Allergy menus are available at all table-service and select quick-service locations. Many carts do not offer allergy menus. Confirm with each location, especially independently operated restaurants.

Tell staff every allergy, ask about substitutions and shared equipment, and confirm your request when the meal arrives, even when it carries an allergy marker. Wheat and gluten are separate restrictions.

For four or more allergy requests or other complex needs, contact Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com after making dining arrangements, no sooner than 14 days before arrival. Accommodations are not guaranteed.
