For restaurant owners and teams
Help someone choose your restaurant with fewer unanswered questions.
People with food allergies need more than a restaurant name. Show them your dishes, the changes your kitchen can make, and how to ask for those changes before they arrive.
Claiming and publishing basic menu, allergen, and ordering information are free. Diners browse free.
Start with the dishes you can explain clearly.
You do not need to claim you can accommodate everyone. A specific answer, including a limitation, gives someone useful information.
- The dish and its ingredients
- Identify the allergens in the dish as served. Keep anything you have not checked marked as unknown.
- The changes available
- Explain which ingredients can be removed or substituted, and whether the change affects other allergens.
- How to place the request
- Give diners the words to use and tell them who should handle an allergy request. Put the instructions alongside the dish.
- Preparation and limitations
- Describe relevant equipment, shared preparation, and what your team cannot accommodate. Keep these details separate from ingredient claims.
Claim, review, and keep it current.
- Find your location and submit a claim. You will need an account. Our team reviews the claim before editing access opens.
- Review your menu and ordering notes. Add dishes or upload a menu for review. Check extracted information against your recipes and ingredient labels.
- Publish your reviewed information. After claim approval, publish menu corrections, allergen declarations, and ordering notes for free. A menu sign-off does not fill in missing allergen answers.
- Update the page when something changes. Give your team and diners one public link to the current information you maintain.
Trust comes from clear answers.
An owner review tells diners who checked the information. It is not an allergy safety certification, and payment does not determine whether a dish meets a restriction. Diners still need to confirm current preparation with your team.
Free tools, optional help.
Maintain your own restaurant information for free. If you want help getting a menu ready, Website Menu Setup is an optional $49.99 one-time service for menu capture, draft extraction, and cleanup before your approval.
Optional paid promotion is available separately. Paying does not change an allergen declaration or establish that a dish meets a diner’s restrictions.
Give diners a clearer reason to consider your kitchen.
